Heart Problem

My mother has a Heart problem. We have done the 2D ECHO COLOR DOPPLER and the reports are showing as below.

IAS  : Intact
IVS  : Intact
AORTIC VALVE : Thinkened & Calcium +
MITAL VALUE : Doming of AML , PML restricted
                           M.V.score 10/16
                           MV Area : 1.2 cm2
                           MV PPG/MPG : 24/10 mmHg
LEFT ATRIUM : 6.6CM, Dilated
LEFT VENTRICLE  : EDD : 5.0cm ; EF :54%
                                  ESD : 3.6cm;  FS :28%
                                  LVPW :1.2cm;  IVS : 1.3cm

CONCLUSION : CRHD MODERATE MS
                           MODERATE MR
                           MODERATE AR
                           NO AS
                           MODERATE TR/MODERATE PAH
                           SEC IN LA
                           NO VEGETATION.


Can you please let me know what is the exact problem and whould do we need to do to normalize the things.

Hi there!

She has multiple valvular lesions of the heart due to which the heart is not able to pump blood efficiently. The management plan is best discussed in detail with her treating cardiologist.
