Interpretation of Echocardiogram results
The following is my Echocardiogram result.  Please help me in understanding the same. I am 48 years, height 5'2" and weight 62 Kgs.  I am on Rosuvostatin 10 mg daily.

LDL CHOLESTEROL   120 mg%
LDL / HDL RATION    3.4
VLDL CHOLESTEROL   42.36 mg%  


VITAMIN B12     179 pg/ml

VITAMIN D   11.18  ng/ml

HBA1C  8.1    

BLOOD GLUCOSE LEVELS
FASTING FOR 2 MONTHS -
RANGE 134 TO 112( 5 DAYS BACK) mg/DL
DOWNWARD TREND.

RANGE 134 TO PRESENTLY 112  mg/dl

Hi there!

The dimensions/ values mentioned in the echo report seem to be within the normal limits and the function is well maintained with a normal EF. The LDL and TG are mildly elevated. Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D are low and HbA1c is high. I would suggest discussing the situation and the suggested management plan in detail with your treating doctor(s).
