RE: Has anyone seen reversal in Aortic root value without using ARB?

Has anyone seen reversal in Aortic root value without using ARB and measuring using MRA/CT or other accurate methods or may be Echo itself?   If so, waht's that you've used as supplements/diet.  If so, what was before and after value and time period?

If so, are there many people or just ver few?  I'm not against ARB or something like that.

More likely, i'd also get started on ARB if my MRA value says 33-35 or something like that.  OUt of curiosity,
i'm trying to find information.

Hi there!

The aortic root diameter does not grossly increase or decrease with ARB use or any supplemental diet. ARB may be prescribed for various cardiac and non cardiac conditions for symptomatic management and in a few cardiac conditions where their use has been associated with good long term prognosis, along with appropriate lifestyle changes. You may like to discuss your condition and the advised management in detail with your cardiologist.
