Hi there!

Well, management in the situation would depend on the cause of renal dysfunction. While reversible causes are managed medically, progressive or irreversible cause may require hemodialysis or renal transplant. Digoxin toxicity and electrolyte imbalance would require urgent care. I would suggest consulting your treating cardiologist and a nephrologist for a detailed evaluation and suggestion of an appropriate management plan.
