First off a doc has to make the call on whether it is viral or bacterial thru simple testing. When you say it is effecting the heart what exactly do you mean and what is happening that you think this? Did you see a doc? Did they put you on meds? What type of viral infection are we talking about here that you believe that you have...we need just a little more info to weigh in with our thoughts. How long has this been going on? What is your heart doing? Were you diagnosed in the past with heart issues?
