One of the fastest and most effective ways that is recommended by the Center for Disease Control is to begin with statins.....or meds that significantly reduce the CRP levels but that is only the first step....the next is obviously diet and adding alot of fiber to your daily intake of foods as well as exercising, change of lifestyle, keeping your blood pressure low....i think this is what all of the warnings were about to those of us who live in the U.S. and what the long term effect was going to be if we didn't change our eating and exercise habits...i think that no doubt alot of us have high CRP levels but the great news is that you can do something about it......if not the end results i am sure you were told are pretty devastating......good luck
