what does a 5.7 met score mean?
1711789_tn?1361311607
Hi there!

MET stands for metabolic equivalent (METs) and scortes are used to express the functional capacity of an individual. One MET equals the oxygen consumption of a 70-kg, 40-year-old man in a resting state. While scores above 7 are considered excellent, scores between 4-7 are moderate and those below 4 are considered poor.
Hope this information is helpful.

Take care!
