5 month old puppy sick help please?

my dog is a 5 month puppy half shih tzu half dashund. she had diarrhea shes vomiting like saliva mixed with food. she dont have as much energy as normal and is hardly eating. she likes to chew on things and messes around in the yard eating grass n leaves. I dont have money to take her to the vet but i love my dog so much n need her to get better. what can i do at home to make her better? please help

You really do need to take her to the vet.  Please apply for care credit.  Care credit is a low to no interest credit card that can only be used for medical, veterinary or dental bills.  If care credit is not available, please call some of the local humane societies and other pet shelters to see if they offer low cost pet care in your area, additionally, you can call some local vets and ask if they offer payment plans.
