A kitty Xiaobai asking for medical solution

She is a 3 years old kitty named Xiaobai lived in Dahua residence community in Shanghai, China. She met a traffic accident on the way to find her children around Oct 30 and the lower part of his abdomen was rhexis. People saved her to a inauthoritative hospital,but neglectful treatment caused a wound infection. We move her to Shengshen hospital from Nov 5, and doctor Ye re-sutured her wound and cleaned putrilaginous muscle, treating with following medical solution.

As we talked with docter Ye last weekend, he was very warried about how Xiaobai can get well. Since Xiaobai's wound got following problems:

1. She has lost 15-20% of whold body skin on the lower part of his abdomen, so there are big gap cavity on her rear leg and groin area between muscle and skin---sutured skin was delacerated when she move.

2. Body tissues have seepage which has caused the upper part of abdomen infected.

2.After new wound suturing, the wound has been delacerated later due to unenough skin .

It sounds as if her treatment so far is pretty good.  Some of the things that can be attempted are as follows:
The antibiotic Ampicillin should be given through an IV cephalic catheter at least 2 times per day.  She should be hospitalized for this treatment and other treatments including IV fluid therapy and force feeding of A/D or other highly concentrated foods.  A peg tube may be warrented if she is not eating on her own.  Additionally, those kinds of wounds sometimes need skin grafts, if you can find a doctor with the knowledge to perform them.  Good Luck!
