After over-eating, he won't move over 1 week later

Last Week, Monday I think, my leopard gecko binged on some wax worms (about 13) and is now constipated over a week later.  He has pooped a little, but has since become extremely lethargic to the point that he barely even moves and he feels ice cold even though its about 82 degrees.  I'm not sure if he's drinking on his own and he's rejecting crickets.  I never really give him waxworms, but with these storms it's all I was able to get for some time and now I feel terribly guilty and irresponsible.  He is almost 4, I rescued him from a Petco where he had some funky eye thing going on.  Aside from a couple of difficult sheddings and once when it seemed he had a respiratory cold or something for a week a couple of years ago, he has never given me a problem. I'm not even sure where to take him because I can't afford a specialist for myself.  Is there something I can do or somewhere you can refer me?  Help!
