Allergy or Antbites?

Im wondering if I should take my dog to the vets office today. Shes in good spirits. her tails wagging. She has a weird allergy like a month ago and he took antibiotics. Maybe it didnt work and it came back? Or do they look like ant bites to you? I took some pics.

skin lesions like this are often related to bacterial infections - either an initial problem or secondary to allergies. For mild cases a medicated shampoo works wonders, for more serious cases antibiotics are needed. I have seen many skin infections that can take up to 6 weeks of treatment to resolve however so maybe we just didnt give this case enough time to heal.
