Bumps on the head

Bumps on the head

A couple of days ago two bumps appeared on my female dog's head (symmetrically).
Whatever it is grows under her skin and I can't see any marks on the skin surface or any bald spots.
The bumps are a bit hard.

her behavior is normal; she eats, drinks, and is generally happy.

She is nine years old and has never had such a thing

What could it be??

I viewed your dog's photos.  She is very cute!

It is interesting that the bumps are symmetrical, but probably just coincidental.

They may be insect bites,  such as spider, or tick bites, or, it may be inflammation secondary to bites;  or,  due to her age they could just be fatty tumors or sebaceous cysts.

It would be best to have a vet examine them and possibly perform a fine needle aspirate to be definitive about diagnosis.
