Bumpy Dog

My dog has a hundred bumps all over him not to much on the face though. We dont know what to do. Can you help. He is a pitbull with very short hait you can see the skin. The bumps are everywhere and they are bleeding out is he allergic to something the hay in his bed?? We dont know what to do . The bumps dont seem to itch so much either. Help... conserned parents.

He probably has a staph infection that can be treated with antibiotics but hives is also possible. He needs to see his Veterinarian to treat his skin and set up his neuter.
