Chinchilla ears

My chinchilla Chulo has brown , black dots on his ears. I think maybe mites?  He does not itch them and is a very loving , affectionate, and  well cared for pet.  I do not have the money right now to take him to a vet is there something I can do for him, please?

my chinchilla may have had this im not sure but sounds normal also there very diffult to take cure of good luck
