DISLOCATED SHOULDER

Hi. My 5yr. old Jindo fell into the pool, rushed out as soon I heard a noise. I heard him barking and the next thing I know is he's in the pool. I'm also not sure if he hit anything on the way in there is a diving board and steps at the deep end. I made the mistake of not directing to the steps. He started freaking out, came to the edge at the middle and tried to pull himself out, putting all of his weight 50lbs. on his front legs, his back legs against the wall of the pool, and I gave him a lift from the backside. I didn't think anything of it til the next day, I noticed that his shoulders were popping out a bit much, abnormally, almost rubbing against the collar especially when he pulls me and sniffs the grass. This happened 9days ago, I paged the vet, and he said to wait 'til Mon to come see him. I wanted Xrays done in case he broke something, after 2hrs of waiting he just gave him an antiinflamatory shot and some meds. He didn't allow me to be present while giving the shot, I heard him cry twice. He gave him the shot in his front right leg, he's been kinda limping/draggin' his leg when walks, and he wasn't before the vist. I took him somewhere else the next day, she said if something was broken he wouldn't walk and no need for Xrays. She gave him a antiinflamatory shot this time in the rear right leg prescribed Deramaxx25mg and suggested that he rests for the next week. I don't see any improvement. If it is a dislocated shoulder (the right seems worst than the left) can it still be popped back in? His hind legs also seem quite tense, I feel a bone poking out down the middle of his spine, his shoulder blades poke out when he's laying on his chest, and this was NOT like that prior to this. He still eats and drinks and tries to chase squirrels, but I know he's hurting and something is not right.  Should I go to an animal chiropracter? I just want him to be the way he was, hoping it's not too late. My apologies for making this so long! Thank you

I think a visit with a veterinary chiropractor is a great idea.  Please take him to one.  The chiropractor should be able to take X-Rays also.  His shoulder could be popped back in successfully, if it is not too late.

Are those signs of a dislocated shoulder?  Or is something broken?
