Dog and chocolate brownies

My 75 lb Golden Doodle just ate 17 oz of coked brownies. What can I expect and what should I do.

Always call your vet immediately if your dog has ingested chocolate.

Luckily you have a large dog and he did not eat pure chocolate, but he may become very sick, so please seek veterinary attention.

Your dog may have vomiting and diarrhea, be nauseous for several days and could still require veterinary care.  

Many dog's require an anti-emetic (medication to induce vomiting), charcoal therapy, IV and SQ fluid therapy, and injectable medications under hospitalization following ingestion of chocolate.
