Eye lash cyst

Is there anything I can do to treat my dogs eye cyst to avoid $1200.00 surgery that I can not afford?

You could use topical eye medication diligently to keep the eye well lubricated to avoid any abrasion to the cornea that the cyst may cause.

The cyst could also be emptied periodically, however this will not eliminate the cyst.  Unfortunately, surgical correction is the only way to definitively eliminate the problem.
