How Bad is it ?

Sometime ago i lost my cat ,so everyone knows i own a cat. My neighbour came with a baby kitten the size of a rat and was ased to adopt it,I asked the neighbour to keep it for a night as i work nights and would take him in the morning cause my dog would bark alot at a new pet . He then told me about a kitten he had which got wet spilling water in the cage and was sick and said the cat had not eaten for two days. I offered to take it to the doctor in the day as he said he could not afford to.

I had the shock of my life when he brought the sick kitten to me. Its eyes were all glassed over, it did not move at all but i could see it was still breathing.I fed it a bit of honeyed water and it puked abit abit every hour, then i gave it condensed milk, then dried food pounded with chicken essence, canned tuna all mixed together and steamed till soft.I used my icing bag to squeeze the food into its mouth and it has no problems digesting.
I thought if it got better before seeing the vet it had a better chance.
The aunties told me that they advised him not to take it away from its mother just that it was a rainy day and its mom would keep it dry but he insisted to bring the kitten home.I further spoke to him and said the kitten has not passed motion and when it did it has white stools.
The kitten finally passed motion after 2 days and has got normal brown stools and i really did not know about a spinal injury .It cant support its head up for long. So it spins and bangs its head side to side. It has tried lifting its head up but it bobs abit before it lies back from tiredness. But if it has a spinal injury would it be able to lift up its head even for the half a min ?. I even made it a collar brace to support its head bu. I hoped its because it has not eaten and its just weak from no food under distress cause he has 13 grown cats but on the other hand it looks like a spinal injury.
What should i do ?

You sound as if you are a very good nurse for this poor kitten.  I have a feeling that the kitten has a very serious disease such as cerebellar hypoplasia.  This is a disease in which the cerebellum in the brain which controls balance is underdeveloped.  It can occur from infectious diseases, toxins, nutritional deficiencies or as an inherited disease.  Patients with CH are very uncoordinated, and appear to be weak.  There are videos of cats with CH on Youtube.  Please view these videos and see if they seem similar to the kitten you are taking care of.  A spinal injury is also possible but only a vet would be able to really give you a more definitive diagnosis.  Please take the kitten to the vet.
