Lethargy

My puppy has been lethargic, not eating, no vomiting or diarrhea and drinking water for the past 3-4 days.  Apparently 3 days ago, while I was gone she had eaten a  non-toxic crayon.  Today she woke up, drank some water and has been shivering all morning.  I have called her vet, however I can not take her in because I do not have any money for another week.  I have 3 other dogs and they all seem to be fine.  I don't know what to do and am very concerned.

Your dog needs to be seen by your vet. Whether or not the crayon is the culprit is hard to tell from your description. If your dog just had vaccines, perhaps a vaccine reaction is responsible for these signs
