Morning vomiting-yellow bile

My dog has been vomiting in the morning about once or twice a week intermittently for a few weeks.  She is 5, a mutt (my best guess is border collie and husky mix?)  and otherwise seems fine.  Before and after she vomits she doesn't seem to be bothered at all and is active and playful.  I haven't brought her into the vet yet since it doesn't seem to be effecting her very much, but since it is happening on and off for a while now I'm starting to get concerned.  Any recommendations?

As Aleda mentions a good idea to have your dog's liver enzymes checked.  We had a border collie/corgi mix and she had the same problem.  She did have a slight bout of pancreititis(spelling?) and we would give her a cookie (just one) right before going to bed and no more vomitting in the morning.

I literally just answered a similar question.  And, the answer may be similar except that in your dog please have her liver enzymes checked.  In the meantime you can try changing her diet to a sensitive stomach formula or low residue formula.  If that is ineffective in 3 weeks than you must try a hypoallergenic formula.  Please view todays other questions for more information.  Thanks
