Needs??

What does he need in vet care??

He has the same needs as any other species.  

Routine care would involve husbandry issues: proper diet, nail trims, proper environment, etc.

If he is sick, such as an upper respiratory infection, he may need antibiotics.

If he has external parasites or other skin issues, he would need anti-parasitic medication, or if the skin issue is ringworm, for instance, he would need an anti-fungal.

He can be taken to a vet for an exam just as you would take a dog or cat.
