Not eating - Acting Normal

*Saturday morning my boyfriend and I were getting ready to leave the house and she puked again after I made her drink some water. We decided to take her immediately to the vet. Blood was with drawn and Sapper was given an injection to help with any nausea she could have been experiencing. The blood test came back and nothing was abnormal, liver, kidney’s, white blood count, everything was fine. Sapper did not have a fever either. I was advised to try to feed her some white rice and boiled chicken. This was successful, however she didn’t eat much. Again today she was acting normal, running, playing with our other dog. Sunday morning Sapper had a smaller than normal bowl movement and hardly ate any of the rice/chicken mixture. Every hour I would coax her to drink some water and gave her a little bit of maple syrup because I was worried about low blood sugar. She acted normal today too. Monday and Tuesday we decided to take her to Daycare (she goes 2-3 times a week). We informed them of our situation and they kept an eye on her. She acted normal all day, full of energy, running and playing. They were not sure if she had a bowl movement or not. I was able to get her to eat some chicken and a few pieces of a plain pork chop(no breading or spices). Today (Wednesday) I picked her up from daycare and was told that she was not acting like normal. They paid extra attention to her and she did not have a bowl movement and would not eat for them. I immediately took her to the vet and they have withdrawn more blood. It is being sent out tonight to be tested. She did not have a fever, the Dr. palpated her and she did not appear to be in pain, anywhere. Stomach is not swollen or bloated, does not appear to be distended. Tomorrow morning I am dropping her off for X-rays and so the Dr. can monitor her.
Do you have any recommendations? Anything I could suggest to the vet to look for or try?

Oh, blood work was very normal and she was not dehydrated! =)

The Dr. did not find anything on the X- Ray. Then we did a barium study - Dr. found nothing. We were hoping the barium would make Sapper want to have a bowel movement but it didn't. We then opted for an enema. Nothing unusual came out and the next day Sapper was like normal and has been since!

Sapper is fixed, we had it done as soon as we could :)

I read your note and wanted to ask whether or not your dog is spayed.
If she is not spayed, her unusual behavior may be related to her heat cycle.
If you can let me know I can offer further suggestions

Did your veterinarian find anything on xray today?  Any chance that she ate for the veterinary staff today?

This is certainly a perplexing problem and may need the intervention of a veterinary internal medicine specialist.

Let us know what the xrays and second round of blood work shows....

Well that did post the way I expected it too! Obviously I don't know how to copy and paste =) Here is my question the way I should of done it!

Our problem started Friday. I left the house at noon and returned at 4 to find 3 spots where Sapper puked and then she did “number 2” on the floor, which is very unusual. We consider her to be 100% house broken, as this is the first accident in at least 9 months. Her puke was the normal yellowish color and there was nothing noticeable in it. Her “number 2” was normal as well. I assumed she ate something that did not agree with her and decided to watch her that night. She did not eat much Friday night but was still drinking and acting completely normal.

What is baffling is that up until today she has acted normal, the first blood test was normal and she doesn’t show any sign of pain. Do you have any recommendations? Anything I could suggest to the vet to look for or try?
