Pacman Frog

Ok my pet frog a Pacman frog Cranwelli has been acting a bit off. He moves even less then normal. He has not eaten in about a a week or 2. I know it seems like awhile but I had read they stop eating if they go into estivation and do not move hardly at all. Well I am looking at my poor pacman frog and well I am worried he is ill. His one eye looks funny now like some sort of eye infection. I am not sure if I should take him to a vet. I will post a link to a picture in a little bit. If I can borrow my mom's digital camera. I am worried about my frog alot. I am not sure if it is estivation or if he is sick. I keep his tank clean but when I thought he went into estivation I stopped as it said in the book I have not to disturb him and well little white worms really tiny ones showed up in his water dish and well I cleaned the tank because I was worried about him. Now I got a look at his one eye and it is sunk in a bit while his other one is normal and well I am scared that he might be ill. He is still alive as he is breathing. I am just worried about my little buddy. I have never had a Pacman frog before and well I don't think information on them is very common. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

I'm sorry but I don't know much about pet frogs, but I am concerned about the eyes and the white worms.  Please try to find  out some information from the pet shop where you purchased your frog.  Ask the owner of the pet shop (or manager of the exotic dept.) rather than just a store clerk.  If they can't give you a good answer I would do a search for a vet in your area that handles exotics.  If you have trouble finding an exotic vet in your area try calling a local zoo to ask which veterinarian cares for their animals and call that vet.  Additionally you can call the closest veterinary medical school and ask if they have an exotic's department.  The exotic vet at the vet school may be able to give information over the phone.  If you live close enough you can take your frog there for an exam.

ok well he opened his one eye fully but I am still wondering why he is babying it. Could he have had his eye scratched? I use coconut fiber substrate. Should I stop using it? I use Ecoearth.
