Pony foal with very thin and soft ligaments

First off all..Hello! I have a pony foal (4 months old) with very soft and thin ligaments. He was born with this problem and now it is in my care. The problem is with his front legs from the knees to the hoof.His feet are very very soft and he cannot stay normaly with them...he has the position of a seal. Is there anyone that ever seen something like this until now? I have some pictures with him but I did not find the way to post. Thank you very much and hope to receive an answer. For any details..because i dont know how to describe better the problem..please ask me!

I am so sorry to hear about your pony's problem.  
Is your pony under a veterinary care?  
A veterinarian can try splinting, casting or applying braces to the pony's legs and hoofs to try to keep them in a normal position as he grows and to provide support.  

There is an excellent Chinese herbal formula called: Tendon/Ligament Formula available from the Jing Tang Herbal Company (http://www.tcvmherbal.com/) which may help.  The company will send it overseas.  You do need a prescription from a vet, however.  It is worth a try.

Yes he is under care. Our vet from the shelter saw him and we decided to put his feet in something we named fyberglass boots. we have changed it 2 times until now and 2 days ago we tooked them off. we saw that his left foot is much better and that he is putting him on the ground straight,but the problem is still with the right one which it is still thin and soft..not like at the beggining but still is. anyway we saw an improvement. another doctor recommended us to make him some silicon hoof which will make him walk on his entire hoof. and of course...for the muscles...swimming is an idea. the problem is that our vet didn't saw cases like this until now and is kind of difficult to advice us what we shall do...so i have started to search the internet..and the vet is reading from his books..and he tries to get some knoledge about this problem.
