Puppy not eating and sleeps a lot and does not play

We was given a six week old Pomeranian yesterday and she does not play all she does is sleep and barley eats she does drink a little water not much she does have worms so we bought worm medicine and give it to her what could be wrong?

Please take her to the vet ASAP.  She may have puppy hypoglycemia which is very low sugar in the blood and should be treated immediately.  Additionally, it would be best to have parasites treated appropriately by your vet.
