Red/Raw Nose

I switched my dog's food and he had bad reaction to it. I switched too quickly and it hurt his stomach pretty bad. He now also has a red, raw, wet nose. Is this a reaction to the food as well or some other problem?

Your vet can help with your dogs nose issue. The red, raw nose may be due to a contact allergy, auto-immune disorder like pemphigus or systemic allergy.
Placing some Vitamin E oil may help to relieve the discomfort until you visit your vet.
