Temeril-P and an antifungal

On 8/10, I wrote about my dog who is on Temeril-P & Atopica and has elevated liver enzymes. In your response you suggested an antifungal along with the atopica instead of the TP. Can the antifungal be given at the same time while she is being weened off the TP?You also suggested a holistic vetinarian. In my area of CT, there aren't any. Any suggestions??
