Tucked Vulva and peeing in sleep

I have a goldendoodle that is 14 months old.  We were told when we got her by a vet that is had a tucked vulva.  She had a UTI infection in October of last year.  Now, she is peeing almost every time she falls asleep.  A few months back it use to be every once in a while that she would pee in her sleep, but now we are cleaning pee every time she wakes up. Now, we don’t want to let her on the bed because we were cleaning sheets and covers almost every night.  I don’t to seem like we are punishing her either because she can’t help it. I don't think it's an UTI because when she had her UTI last year she was constant squatting all over, but she is not doing this now.  I noticed that when is she sleeping I do see pee sometimes dripping out of her area.  I don't know what to do, could this be related to the tucked vulva or another problem?

In the meantime, there are doggie diapers that will help cut down on the laundry.  Good luck!

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Your adorable Goldendoodle is leaking urine because she is a spayed female and has an estrogen dependent incontinence. Your veterinarian should run a urinalysis to rule out cystitis and radiograph her bladder to rule out bladder stones. There is a medicine called Proin which controls incontinence nicely.
The tucked vulva is probably unrelated.
