Vaccinations

I adopted a puppy and she is 4 months old, she was found so they have no idea what shots or if she has even had any shots yet.  I buy the shots myself, so I gave her one yesterday.  How many more do I need to give her and how long do I need to wait between each shot before I give her the next one?

3 DHLPP (distemper combo) vaccines given 3 to 4 weeks apart.
2 Lyme vaccines given 3 weeks apart.
1 Bordetella
1 Rabies to be given last, after all the other vaccines have already been given.

Do not give more than 2 vaccines at a time;  for instance,  give the second DHLPP and the first Lyme vaccine together but no others, than wait 3 weeks to give the last DHLPP and the last Lyme.  After another 3 weeks Bordetella can be given.  3 weeks after that give Rabies.
