Water

Your kitten digging all her water out of her bowl, is that just playing around (annoyingly) or does she feel somthing is wrong with the water? she also enjoys eating plastic bags, bits of string, stealing salad...(no dressing), and countless other things like pineapple i'm mostly concerned because i really dont know a full list of kitty allergies, and the water ..well flood city........

It sounds as if she is just playing with her water.  Cats began historically as desert animals and therefore got all their food intake from their prey so they did not have to drink much, if anything.  So it is likely that your cat may not even be interested in the water to drink, or she may not like the taste of the water.  Few cats drink enough water that is why all cats should eat wet food only.  As far as the string and non-food items go...please keep them out of her reach.  Cats usually out grow the playful behavior as they age.
