asap please help

dog had 9 puppies this morning and she is sittind & laying on them and not letting them feed but when u try too help she starts to grab them hard

It would be best to take your dog and the puppies to an emergency veterinary clinic.  The emergency clinic can perform tests on your dog to see if there is a correctable physical problem, such as eclampsia which can be the cause of her abnormal behavior.

The emergency clinic can also milk your dog's mammary glands and if they acquire enough can bottle feed the puppies with that milk.  The first milking contains colostrum, which contains important immune factors for the health of the puppies.  After giving the puppies the colostrum-rich milk that puppies will be able to receive over the counter puppy formula for the rest of the feedings, if your dog will still not allow nursing.

If you cannot take your dog and puppies to an emergency clinic, or if there is no emergency clinic available, please take the puppies away from the mother.  You must keep them warm and bottle feed them every two to three hours with puppy milk.  Please   call your regular vet at the first opportunity and take them to the vet clinic ASAP.
