Hi i need a second opinion. my puppy is not breathing very well.. when he sleeps he looks like hes having the worst time brething and he wakes up from it. he also has been coughing and hacking. Today at the vet they said that we need to wait untill hes a little older and possiably do surgery.. they said his trachea is a little small but nothing to worry about. is nose looks fine nice big holes..... I dont knwo what to do or how to help him!

Without an exam all I can tell you is that your what your Vet said sounds correct.
He may need his soft palate resected which can really help the breathing issue, but not until 7 months of age.
Nine out of ten English Bulldogs have much difficulty breathing  for a lifetime , so its good of you to address this.
