can you get illness from a puppy

I have felt quit ill for several days now I live on a farm and keep catching PePe la pue with all kinds of gabage in his mouth and having to take it away and out of his mouth and yes I wash my hands but hencefourth thats how he got the name above but he does sleep with me

Hi, there are many diseases that can be passed from pets, including puppies to humans. These are called Zoonotic Diseases. Whenever you aren't feeling well, contacting your physician is also wise.
