Utahmomma is correct.  Your dog probably has a urinary tract infection and should be looked at by the vet.  By sure to bring a fresh urine sample when you do go to the vet's because the vet will need to do a urinalysis.  If stones are found in the urine sediment than the vet will probably do a bladder X-Ray.  Large stones if found in the bladder will have to be removed by surgery.  A antibiotic and special food will usually be all that is needed for a routine Urinary tract infection.  A cranberry supplement helps to prevent bacteria from adhering to the bladder wall, but will not help once there are stones.  Cranberry supplementation is a good adjunct therapy and preventative but will not cure a UTI.

Please get her to a vet ASAP.  She could have a bladder/urinary tract infection; kidney stones; or a multiplicity of problems.  She needs to be seen by a vet.

If it is an infection or stones, ask your vet about putting her on a cranberry supplement.
