The standard vaccines do not protect against the parasites that can be acquired from deer or rabbit feces.  Your dog could acquire the parvovirus from contaminated poop but since she has had at least 2 rounds of the vaccine against parvovirus than she should be protected.  Most rabbit and deer parasites are species specific and would find your puppy an aberrant host and thus pass through your puppies digestive system with little to no problems.  There are some parasites that are zoonotic, which means these parasites can infect any animal, including humans.  If your puppy begins to have diarrhea or vomits or both, please have her stool checked by your veterinarian.
