diarhea

My 3 year old beagle has been vomiting and has some diarrhea for about a day now just noticed some blood in his stool should i be concerned

Did the vet perform a CPLI test to see if your dog had pancreatitis?  The causes of vomiting and diarrhea can be many things, such ingestion of a foreign body, ingestion of something toxic, pancreatitis, gastroenteritis, parasites, organic causes and more.

Yes, but I see according to your question the last date your pet was examined by a vet was today. That's good. I assume they took a stool sample and checked it along with some blood work. I'm glad you didn't wait too long because he could become dehydrated quickly between vomiting and diarrhea both.
