my dog fell jump out of my car while i was driving. My question is what can i give her for pain. can i give her asprain or anything like that. thank you

Thank you LoriBug for your comment. I would have answered the same thing. Aspirin is contraindicatied if there is internal or external bleeding.
You should probably take her to the Vet to make sure she doesn't have any major injuries. They will also give you something to give her for the pain if she needs it.
