A bit of news in today's paper: with the contaminated peanut butter pastes being using in so many foods, it seems it may be in some dog treats too. Could a treat cause some upset like this?

I would give your dog Pepcid rather than Nexium.  Pepcid has been proven safe and effective for dogs and is available over the counter.  A large dog can have a full human dose.
