help my lepord gecko

my lepord gecko has a  red toe and i was wondering if someone can tell me what is could be

My gecko did that once! When he was shedding, he had problems so by trying to pull of the dead skin from his foot, he was pulling his toe also! It even bled! And now his toe is sorta crooked! But he's fine!
I don't think you should worry about it, if he doesn't seem to have problems walking on it, that's what probably happend.
You just need a little more humidy.
