is it parvo related

We saved eight pups from hot, water and foodless back yard. found homes for 4 kept 2, 2 to pound.one of the females  has lost lots of weight. will not eat, has been 2 days since eating. She is vomiting has diaharea. We cannot afford $2,000.00 vet bill. We save pups from careless people and find homes for them. We don't know much about parvo or what this may be that she has. We have been forcing fluids in and just let her out she seems to have blood in her stool. can you please help she is the sweetest thing I have ever had come through. Please tell me whats going on and if she is beyond help.

She sound like a very sick pup.  Glad you rescued her.  Fluids and nutrition are important, but if we don't know what she has and get it properly treated she may not make it.  You should be able to get basic exam / lab tests and some good treatment for way less than $2K.  

I could run down all the possibilities here, but would not be helpful without knowing what you are dealing with.  parvo is certainly a possibility as are parasites, infection, toxins etc. etc.  

She needs to see a doctor - soon.  Work with them, get estimates and tell them what you can and cannot afford.
