lumps and legs

my dog has lumps on his hind end and around his sides and his front right leg will shake for no reason can you tell me what this is

Lumps can be benign or cancerous.

My recommendation is to have your vet check them. A simple aspiration biopsy is quite cost effective and in many cases will give you an answer. If not then a regular biopsy will provide you with a definitive diagnosis.

Once you know what the lumps are, then you and your vet can make a decision as to whether or not any further therapy is needed.

As far as the shaking, I can't say for sure but your dog is older at age 10 and a set of blood tests would help to determined your dog internal health status and possible reveal the cause of the shaking as well.
