need help

not eating, vomitting, black stuff to lelf ear , leanning to left when she walks, ear mite sol. was given 2 days ago,dont want to eat but she is drinking water little by little

molly:  get her to a veterinarian today.  These are not insignificant symptoms and can indicate serious problems.  She must have an exam and proper treatment. Infection can easily affect her balance or migrate deeper.  This is not a case on which we would want to speculate but I can tell you she needs medical attention.
