needles

I brought my dog in for her rabies and final needles, and since shes been home she is acting very timid and not very active.  Should I worry about this, or will it pass?

If the vaccines have been performed today or in the last 48 hours, she may be having a vaccine reaction, which may or may not be serious.  

Vaccines can cause a transient flu-like symptoms, lethargy,  decreased activity, or even give a dog a fever.  These symptoms can last for 48 hours only.

More serious effects such as vomiting, diarrhea, swollen face or other parts of the body, extreme lethargy and other symptoms  require medical assistance.

Please call your vet to see if her problems require treatment.
