not eating

My dog has stopped eating parts of the food she has been eating all her life.  Before this started she go into the bathroom trash and ate used feminin products and I dont know what else because I wasnt here when she did it.  She always eats the used tissue out of the garbage.  But after the bathroom garbage she diarreha really bad for a week or two. I got that under control for the most part but shes not eatting like she did before. Tried different food but she picks the pieces she likes and leaves the other pieces all over the floor.  What could be the cause of her not eating the food she has always eaten?

Maybe she is not over the problem.  

Ingestion of non-food items can be a problem in itself which could signify disbiosis or an imbalance of the digestive tract.  

Or, the ingestion of non-food items could cause hemorrhagic gastroenteritis, pancreatitis, gastroentistinal impaction, or obstruction which can sometime lead to surgery to remove the foreign body.

Please take her to the Vet ASAP.
