Thankyou so much for your advise, I have taken away her plastic bowls, and ball and toys, I will work on other things once i see if there is or is not any improvment. I dont know how long this will take but i sure hope something works for her I hate to see her in any discomfort, Many thanks once again.

This may be Canine Acne or an allergy.

Allergies would be to something her chin comes into contact with daily such as a rubber ball, favorite plastic toy, plastic food or water dish. Using either ceramic or glass food and water bowls and removing plastic and rubber toys would help to eliminate a contact chin allergy.

For Canine Acne, we often recommend daily cleaning of the chin lesions gently with betadine, rinsing well with water, pat dry and swab 2-3 times a day with rubbing alcohol. The alcohol will help to dry out any overactive oil producing sebacious (fat) glands in her chin which will help to clear up canine acne.

Thank you
