I have tried multiple times to get to this forum so sorry.  I have a 4 year old maltese with rash on her belly and hind legs for several months.  Took her to vet she thought fungal infection given steriod injection and malaseb shampoo.  She still has rash appears like white pustule that pop form circles not crusty barely noticable but itchy. She also licks hind legs, paws and anus.  She is not typical has little hair, and mildly pink skin.  Have fed her parina dog food since she was a puppy and no problems.  she is up to date with all vaccines.  Cant afford to keep taking her to vet for this problem.  Should i try benadryl for some relief, she weighs 10lbs.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks Mary Beth

You really must take her to the vet.  Please apply for Care Credit at your vet's or online.  Care Credit is a interest-free credit card that can only be used for medical or veterinary bills.
