Ive a 13 years old terrier, who started being ill on the 5 th nov, 5 dayes later took him to the vet and and the vet look and wanter him back on the wednesday to do  blood test, after that we when back on the  night and the vet grave   a injection and told me to bring him monday after, and he was the same he when off his dog food so I fed him on rice chicken and tuna, and  than I took him back and than the vet grave him a injection again and put him on salaoxine two aday which he was ok but next he was sick  and started to shake , Sunday he finish his tablets and from there he stop eating, but carry on drinking water,  today I took him back to the vets and he put him osalaoxine at 3pm to day I grave him a tablet and 5 hours on he was sick. Im worried if he dosent eat he will die, please help as Ive him for 13 years, and he my baby,

It sounds as if your dog has something a bit more serious than just hypothyroid disease for which he was given soloxine.  I don't know what else your vet is treating him for since you only mention that your vet has given your dog some injections.  

Anorexia (not wanting to eat) can be due to many different things such as: kidney disease, liver disease, Lyme or other tick borne diseases, many different infectious diseases, cancer and many more.  If your dog's blood work did not show any abnormalities, perhaps your vet should test for tick borne diseases, or do an X-ray or ultrasound of the abdomen and check for abdominal masses to name just three more important additonal tests of many..
