HELP! my cat just started crying really loud and she has blood coming out right under her butt she cant move one of her hind legs and im starting to get scared!!

It's nearly impossible to say what might be going on with your cat since we can't see her in this virtual environment, but active bleeding and loss of movement in limbs is a defnite reason to go see your veternarian.  It also sounds as if she might be in pain.
