cats dilated pupils

Hi! I took in a stray about 9 months ago and she was fine with her eyes etc. She did go thru some virus a few weeks ago, about a week now her pupils have been dilated, like they were when she was on medication after  i had her fixed.  She can go in and out but I noticed she takes a few seconds to judge her distances before trying to go up or down. Also, when sun shines thru in house, she wants to go outside, but even in sunlight they are still dilated. Also, her eyes have been running water a little bit. Will this clear up soon or do I take her on to a vet. She can see fair to get thru the house but she smells around her dish before she knows where to eat.thanks

Take her to the vet immediately if you want to save her eyesight.  The veterinarian will want to do a complete neurology exam, blood work, and an eye exam including a check for glucoma.  If she has glucoma it may not be reversible, but there are many eye medications these days that may help.  I hope she has been tested for feline leukemia since it can cause eye problems.
