The barking may be behavioral, but in such a young puppy with a history of a prior seizure, I would also worry about congenital medical causes of altered behavior, such as
hydrocephalusHydrocephalus (fluid on the brain,
commonCommon cold in chihuahuas), a liver
shuntCyanotic heart disease
Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (tips) (common in Yorkies), or low blood sugar (common in both). I recommend having your veterinarian check his bloodwork and bile acids, and if the labwork is normal but the abnormal behavior or seizures persist, then referral to a veterinary neurologist would be recommended.
